Both within the system and in our web shop, your data is transmitted using SSL encoding and is thus perfectly protected.

Sometimes translations have to be completed overnight or in just a few hours. This is why we offer you our express service for an extra charge, enabling almost any deadline to be fulfilled.
For large projects this can mean that your text will have to be divided between several translators, which leads to reduced stylistic consistency.

Thanks to our integrated translation memory, we ensure that you’ll only pay for what actually has to be translated. All repetitions that only have to be translated once will be deducted from the number of words in your source text. This doesn’t just mean reduced costs, but also 100 per cent consistency in your text.

For perfect consistency we offer our business clients the possibility of creating a terminology database or using an existing database. This database contains technical terms, definitions and proper nouns specific to your industry or company and relating to your translation which the translator should use in each of your requested texts.
This ensures that terms or phrases that are repeated are always translated in exactly the same way and the style of your translation is fully maintained according to your wishes.

Some projects require special services, such as additional formatting, the creation of an individual API or extra processing by our IT department. Due to popular request, our services include offering our customers the translation of video texts for use as subtitles. In this case, one of our cooperation partners will transcribe your video and the text will then be translated by a tolingo translator.
